Small businesses employ some 60 per cent of the private sector workforce, but have been squeezed by tariffs and cash flow issues. After Canada's finance minister foreshadowed that entrepreneurs would see themselves reflected in the budget, they're hopeful the government's plan might bring them some much-needed relief.
